Dr. Howard Resh, our hydroponics specialist, will guide you through our extraordinary Hydroponic Farm and you’ll sample first-hand the fruits of his labor.

GARDEN TOUR Spend some time walking through our beautifully landscaped gardens. Mr. Everett Clarke, Mr. Brian Corbett, and their team of professionals work tirelessly to keep our grounds immaculate. You’ll have the pleasure of learning about all our wonderful flowers and plant species, and also tour our outdoor herb garden and taste the freshness.

ARABLE FARM TOUR Join “Doctor Brooks” to tour the organic gardens, a colorful grove of vegetables and fruit bearing trees. Caribbean callaloo, black-eyed peas, peppers, pumpkins and okra are joined by soybeans, Chinese long beans, melons, and many other healthful selections. The orchards produce avocados, guavas, tamarinds, limes, oranges, and star fruit.
