FITNESS ACTIVITIES

FITNESS CLASSES Enjoy complimentary fitness classes* throughout the week. For example, start the day off with the morning power walk on the beach, or a mid-morning Function Fusion using a combination of yoga, Pilates and resistance training to work the core and in the Afternoon the Aquatic Kickboxing for a workout in the water under the sun! Throughout the week there is a wide variety to choose from - New Age Stretch, Aquatic Conditioning, Boot Camp and Relax, Refresh & Renew! Diverse and fun workouts to help you achieve your fitness edge. Activities are subject to change. There is a daily activity sheet provided to our guests to confirm schedule.

TEAM RECREATION If group sports are on your agenda, there are three well-lit tennis courts, a bocce court and croquet field ready for you to come and play!

WATER SPORTS Located on the beach at the beach hut, CuisinArt Water Sports has all the equipment you'll need for a day on the bay. The water is usually calm and very clear so put on your snorkeling mask and fins and dive in! Hobie Cats are easy and fun to sail. Saltwater kayaks and sunfishes are available as well and with a little instruction, you'll be on your way. Water activity coordinators are available from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm on a daily basis.
