Located in the Santorini Restaurant, this 3,600-bottled cellar is stocked with vintages from around the world. We invite you to experience one of our tastings.

INTRODUCTION TO WINE TASTING
Mondays and Wednesdays, 5:00–6:00PM

We begin with a quick introduction to our cellar, the labels we carry and the wine program itself that we host. We then move into the history of wine, summing up 8,000 years. We guide our guests through the basics of wine tasting: sight, smell, and taste of three wines - a rose, a white and a red. Then, we open the floor to discussion and give our guests the opportunity to ask wine-related questions. $55 per person (Maximum 8 persons)

ADVANCED WINE TASTING
Mondays and Wednesdays, 6:30–7:30PM

This is designed to follow the Introduction to Wine Tasting and give our guests a more in-depth look at wine. We will begin the class with a selection of three premium wines, preset, and allow guests to use their skills learned from the previous class to identify the wines and describe them, along with help from our sommelier. We will then lead our guests into grape growing and wine makers' techniques for achieving quality wine. A description of glassware and each individual functionality will follow, ending with a quick introduction to wine and cheese matching. $95 per person (Maximum 8 persons)

PYRAT RUM TASTINGS
Wednesdays, 4:00–5:00PM
Learn about the history of Anguilla's own Pyrat Rum while sampling the various offerings! $45 per person
