AIR CONDITIONING The Resort has centralized air conditioning and recirculation systems in all guest rooms. The air conditioning will automatically shut off when you open your balcony door.

COFFEE All Accommodations offer Nespresso machines. There is a card in each room directions and costs.
CONSERVATION Sunny skies mean less rain so we ask that you conserve water whenever possible. If you care to reuse your bath towels and linens there is information in your room.

HOUSEKEEPING Our housekeeping staff will provide daily maid service and turndown service. Please contact them with any special needs or requests.

INTERNET Complimentary WIFI is available in all accommodations and in the lobby and pool area. Computers are also available for use in the library.

MINI-BAR Each room has a fully stocked mini bar, which will be replenished daily. If you require additional items please call room service. Charges will be applied to your room account.
NEWSPAPERS A daily New York Times digest will be delivered to your room each morning.

RESERVATIONS Resort reservations can be made directly on our website, through our Reservations Department – 800.943.3210- email@example.com - or by contacting your travel professional.
DEPOSITS/CANCELLATIONS – A three-night deposit is required to confirm all reservations. Deposit applies to first (1) and last two (2) nights of guests’ stay. Deposits are required at the time of booking. Full deposit will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received 30 days in advance of arrival date. A 10-night minimum stay is required for the holiday period. Deposits are nonrefundable. Special deposit policies apply during this period.
GOVERNMENT TAX & SERVICE CHARGE– Daily rates are subject to a 10% Government Accommodations Tax and a 10% Service Charge, plus a $3.00 per person (12 years and older) per night, Government Marketing Levy. An additional charge applies to a third person sharing room. There is no additional charge for children 11 years old and under sharing room with adults; maximum of 2 adults and 2 children 11 years and under per room is allowed.
ROOM SERVICE For those not wishing to leave the comfort of their accommodation, we offer 24 hour In-Room dining.
SAFE DEPOSIT BOX Individual electronic safe deposit boxes are located in the closet of your room.
SECURITY The Resort has a full security department. We are fortunate that Anguilla is not affected by crime in any significant way. We do recommend normal caution and a common-sense approach when touring the island and with valuables.
SIGHTSEEING Touring Anguilla is easy and delightful. Our Concierge would be pleased to recommend tours and trips.
SWIMMING POOL Please enjoy our negative-edge pool and jacuzzi. Remember there is no lifeguard on duty.
TAXIS Contact Concierge for assistance in ordering a taxi and to discuss fares which are set by the government.
